STEP 1: Lcd Separation   Separation is the first process in the process of maintenance screen,need to use the device is a separator, the following pictures, the machine will separate the broken glass cover.
STEP 2: LCD Glue Remove  The screen will be remove the glue.
STEP 3 : Clean OCA   The screen must be clean, cannot have any dust.
STEP 4:OCA Film Lamination   Clean screen, OCA glue on the back cover, laminating process must be carried out in a clean environment, can't remain any air bubbles.
STEP 5:Vacuum OCA Lamination   Vacuum laminating process is the key in the process of the entire screen repair technology,LCD and glass laminating.
STEP 6: Air Bubble Remove   Put the lcd screen in air bubble removing machine, the principle is in a vacuum environment with high pressure to squeeze the bubble,complete the defoaming process.
STEP 7: Frame Lamination   This is the last process of maintenance, is mainly used for iphone lcd.
